  • New Menu Our new Spring/Summer menu will start on Monday 23rd March 2020. New menu is available on the School Dinner tab. We have lots of new and exciting lunches along with some old favourites!
  • Nursery Applications We have extended our Nursery application deadline, please contact the school office if you wish to attend a tour of our amazing Nursery setting and to obtain an application pack.
  • Change to Parents Evening Please be aware that we have changed Parents Evening to Friday 20th March 2020 from 1.30pm.

  • Walking Home Letter Walking home letters for years 5 & 6 are available from the school office. Please complete form if you wish for your child to walk home otherwise the children will need collecting from the classroom. Please return forms via the drop boxes in KS2 playground or in the school office.
  • Important Information Regarding collection at end of school day. Please see email sent via Gateway on 17/01/2019 regarding the end of school collection.

  • Remembering Mrs K Dear Children, Parents & Carers, This week we we celebrate the beautiful life of our beloved, Mrs Lynn Kwaricany (Mrs K). She was the heart of Broadfield and cared deeply for others. She absolutely adored our children and would always go the extra mile for them. Assembly on Monday was heart-warming as children shared their memories of Mrs K. This really lifted our mood in this time of sadness. Mrs K was always there for staff. We will remember her positive attitude and her beautiful smile. Many of you as parents will remember how great she made you and your children feel.   • Friday 31st January 2020 Dear Parents & Carers, It has been another productive week. This week, our SEND Coffee Morning was the highlight of our week. Our SEND children are sometimes some of our most vulnerable pupils. It is highly important to engage SEND families into school life. Mrs Nolan and Mrs Buchanan had a great time getting to know these families. This week, Mr Giles took our Dodgeball Teams to compete in matches and tournaments. Children had a fantastic time and we are so glad we now have the capacity to start offering more and more sporting activities at Broadfield.   • Friday 17th January 2020 Once again, the week has just flown by! We have all settled nicely back into school routine and it has been a wonderful start to the new term. Myself and our Assistant Principal, Mrs Nolan delivered assemblies on the importance of sleep this week as part of our Value of the Month: be the best you can be. Pupils were shown informative videos and we discussed why sleep is important. Children were very engaged and asked lots of questions. We would really appreciate your support with regards to discussing this with your children as it raises the profile of the subject and enhances their learning power. The subject matter is not ...
